create an interactive WebGL experience for Samsung’s B2B sales teams, enabling them to clearly demonstrate how Samsung devices can be used across different industries, including retail and finance.
we designed and built a modular, interactive WebGL environment that allowed users to explore multiple industry “verticals” through a central area plan.
users could navigate between sectors by selecting buildings, such as entering a supermarket to explore retail or a bank to explore finance. each environment featured stylised 3D scenes with subtle character and device animations to bring the spaces to life.
within each scene, interactive hotspots were placed throughout the environment. these hotspots triggered short explainer videos, showcasing specific Samsung device use cases in context — from order picking and stock management in retail to customer service and operations in finance.
the experience was designed to be intuitive and presentation-friendly, giving sales teams a flexible tool to guide conversations and tailor demonstrations in real time.
the final experience provided Samsung’s sales teams with a clear and engaging way to communicate complex product ecosystems across multiple sectors.
by combining interactive exploration with contextual video content, the tool helped simplify messaging, improve client understanding, and create more memorable and effective sales presentations.
