the brief

working with agency partner Blueprint Partners, we helped create an interactive sales incentive experience for their client GoTo. the platform rewards sales performance by allowing team members to redeem emailed voucher codes online for the chance to win prizes.

the goal was to transform a traditional reward scheme into something more engaging. a quick, accessible browser-based experience that adds excitement and anticipation to the moment of redemption.

what we did

we designed and developed the interactive game experiences that power the reward moments within the platform, building a set of fast, accessible spin-to-win style games designed for short bursts of play.

using Unity WebGL, we focused on creating responsive mechanics, clear visual feedback and satisfying moments of anticipation. ensuring the games felt rewarding and intuitive while integrating smoothly with the wider platform.

the backend CMS and voucher management system were developed separately by the wider platform team, with our work focused on the player-facing gameplay and experience design.

the outcome

the final platform turns reward redemption into a short, exciting interactive moment. sales teams can instantly redeem their codes and play quick games for the chance to win prizes.

by combining performance incentives with playful interaction, the experience creates a more memorable way to recognise achievements while encouraging repeat engagement across sales campaigns.
